Own Logistics: We deliver to certain UK zones using our own delivery fleet.

3. Delivery Charges

4. Delivery Times

5. Payment Before Dispatch

All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch.

If paying via finance or monthly instalments (e.g., Klarna), you must make payments in line with your finance agreement and the provider’s terms.

6. Delivery Terms

Delivery and assembly services are non-refundable.

Delivery is to your building street address only unless otherwise agreed.

If you request goods to be taken inside your premises, this is done at your own risk, and you agree that we are not liable for any damage to personal belongings, property, or injury that may occur.

We will always try our best to avoid any damage during delivery.

We are not responsible for any third-party deliveries or assembly, even if arranged on your behalf.

After placing an order, if you need to cancel, a 50% cancellation charge will apply.

All customers are responsible for ensuring correct sizes, colours, and specifications are ordered.

If goods are taken inside your premises and there is insufficient access, returns will not be accepted in such an event.

If you have arranged for us or a third party to assemble/fix your goods, you must ensure enough space is available before we arrive.

If the space is insufficient, we will not be able to complete the assembly/fixing, the service will not be refunded, and a minimum £50 rebooking call-out fee may apply.
7. Right to Refuse Delivery
We reserve the right to refuse delivery service if the service required is beyond our ability to provide a good standard of service or if the delivery environment is unsafe or unsuitable.
8. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for any damages, delays, or issues caused by third-party delivery or assembly companies, even if arranged on your behalf.
9. Missed Deliveries
If you miss your agreed delivery slot without prior notice, a re-delivery charge will apply.
